This Privacy Notice explains how Allyo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app. Allyo is designed as a lightweight date countdown and reminder tool, and we aim to keep personal information limited to what is necessary to provide core features such as date records, reminders, calendar views, theme cards, and related app functionality.
By using Allyo, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this notice. We do not sell user data, and we do not use user content for advertising or third-party AI training.
Allyo is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that information from a child under 17 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

Allyo does not use third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing, when used, is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. Any temporary processing data is deleted after the processing task is completed. User data and generated outputs are not used for model training, model optimization, or related AI development purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure transmission methods, operational safeguards, and limited staff access on a need-to-know basis.

Information collected automatically: We may collect device information, app version, operating system version, basic usage events, crash logs, diagnostic information, and similar technical data needed to operate and improve the app.
Cookies and similar technologies: If Allyo uses cookies, local storage, or similar tools in web-based or embedded components, they are used for functionality, preferences, and basic performance support rather than advertising.
We use information to provide and maintain core app features, save and manage your date records, display countdowns and history, send reminders you configure, support theme card features, respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, selling, or third-party AI training. We do not use your content to build advertising audiences or to create behavioral profiles for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We may use a limited number of third-party infrastructure providers for cloud storage, server hosting, delivery, or basic operational support. These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions, are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security, and are not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.

Where deletion is available in the app, you may remove supported content at any time.
Allyo does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or face-template creation. We do not intentionally collect or use biometric information. If any image is temporarily processed for app functionality, it is not used to identify a person and is deleted after processing is complete.
By installing, accessing, or using Allyo, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of information described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this notice, please do not use the app. Your continued use of Allyo after any updates to this notice indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
